We have become renown for our excellent spare parts and service back-up. Unlike some of our competitors who try to stock and do everything, we specialise in our own product Brands and you can have confidence we will have the parts “on the shelf” when you need them, ready for same day or overnight delivery throughout New Zealand. We carry spare parts for most of our old models and regularly service machines we sold 10, 15 or even 20 years ago.

Electric Water blasters - Portable
AES Electro-blast water blasters are made in our Auckland factory. We fit them with heavy-duty UDOR crankshaft driven triple ceramic plunger pumps, pressure gauges, unloader valves and safety burst discs or safety valves. The electric motors are 4-pole heavy duty, low revving (1440 rpm) which results in less wear to the pump and lower maintenance costs. Pressure is fully adjustable, and chemical injectors are fitted to all units.
AES offers an excellent selection of Heavy-duty Portable Electric Water blasters.
Choose from the stylish & robust Simmm Powerclean 100/11 single phase (230 Volt) the Alberti Flex 200/15 three phase (400 Volt) or from the Heavy duty AES Electro-blast range which is available in both 230 & 400-volt options
Electric Water blasters - Skid mounted
AES Electro-blast skid mounted Water blasters are built in our Auckland factory. They are fitted with an Industrial duty 4-pole (1450 rpm) or 6-pole (1000 rpm) electric motor, heavy-duty UDOR triple ceramic plunger pump, pressure gauge, unloader valve and safety valve for extra protection.
The electric motor is close coupled (Electro-blast 200/15) or connected to the pump via a heavy duty Love-joy shear type coupling for extra durability and ease of service.
The heavy duty unloader valve is plumbed to return the by-pass water directly to the Stainless steel water supply tank. This virtually eliminates the possibility of the pump overheating if the unit is left running unattended.
The pressure is adjustable on all units. An inlet water filter with 50 mesh S/S element is standard equipment.
